REQUIREMENTS 

• Superior knowledge of design and garment construction and fits
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Designer or Senior Designer position for similar high-end fashion brand
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have excellent hand sketching as well as Photoshop, Illustrator skills or InDesign
• Ability to develop relationships with key suppliers and people across all levels within the business
• Extremely well organized and efficient with excellent time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team and adhere to tight deadlines
